The Mesa boogie head has four separate channels, each with 3 mode options, and the multi-watt (50/100) power feature that you can assign to each specific channel. You get everything from great cleans, to thick overdrive, to high-gain distortion. This is a very versatile amplifier head and I have too many amplifiers need to thin the heard.
